group yoga
I offer yoga public classes at California Yoga Company and The Sun Room. I also offer private studio lessons, group instruction and yoga2home. Please contact me for more information and rates. Please see the schedule for all classes taught by me.
I also will bring my yoga directly to your small group! This is a great yoga option for a group of friends, for the employees of a local non-profit, and for the businesses - any group of people that are interested in doing something great for their mental and physical health.
I can travel to most areas of San Francisco and the immediate Bay area, as long as it is reasonably accessible by public transit. Simply clear a space - family room, conference room, home office - wherever we can get a reasonable amount of room to move, preferably with a padded, carpeted floor. I am insured by Philadelphia Insurance Companies. Rates are based on how many people you want me to teach. The more friends you assemble, the cheaper the class becomes per person. Rates for 1 hour Hatha yoga session:

Rates for 1.5 hour Hatha yoga session:
